THEBELINK / LEGAL

Your information. Clearly explained.

How information is handled by this website, what happens when you prepare an enquiry, and the details still to be confirmed.

Draft for review · prepared 6 September 2026

This draft is not a finalized legal notice. TheBeLink’s legal operator, jurisdiction, privacy contact, service providers, and relevant policies must be confirmed before publication. It describes the current informational website and enquiry flow.

1. Who this notice covers

TheBeLink is the name used by this website. The legal entity responsible for personal information, its address, country, and designated privacy contact have not yet been confirmed. This notice must be completed with those details before it is treated as final.

This draft covers browsing the website and preparing a contact enquiry. It does not describe a live account service, creator marketplace, payment system, or campaign dashboard, none of which is currently offered by this website.

2. Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, reply email address, role, and message. You may also provide a brand name or portfolio reference. Do not include payment details, passwords, identification documents, or sensitive personal information.

  • Preparing a draft keeps the entered details in the current page’s browser memory. The form does not send them to a website database or API.
  • Opening the email draft passes its contents to your chosen email application. That application may save or process the draft under its own settings and privacy terms.
  • If you send the email, its contents and email metadata are shared with the recipient and the email providers involved. The website cannot confirm delivery.
  • The Copy draft option writes the draft to your clipboard only when you request it. Your operating system or clipboard tools may retain copied content.

3. Browsing and third parties

Loading a web page involves technical requests that may include an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time. The hosting provider’s logging, retention, and location need to be confirmed for the deployed website.

The current page layout requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests can disclose technical connection information to Google. Font provider handling must be included in the finalized provider review.

No advertising pixels or analytics libraries have been added to the current website code. This statement does not certify the practices of future hosting, email, or other service providers.

4. Purposes and lawful grounds

The proposed purposes are to display the website, respond to enquiries you choose to send, and maintain website reliability. An enquiry is not permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.

The applicable lawful grounds, controller responsibilities, and any consent requirements must be determined once the operating jurisdiction and actual data-handling practices are confirmed. This draft does not select a legal basis on the operator’s behalf.

5. Recipients and transfers

An email enquiry may be handled by the team receiving it and the email service providers involved. Website delivery may involve hosting and font providers. A confirmed provider list, locations, and any required international-transfer arrangements must be documented before publication.

The current form contains no mechanism to sell enquiry data, send marketing campaigns, or publish your details. Any future sharing practice requires a review and an updated notice.

6. Retention and protection

The form does not intentionally persist enquiry details in cookies, local storage, or a website database. A page reload normally clears its state; browser restoration features may behave differently. Email drafts, sent messages, copied text, and provider logs are handled separately.

The operator must confirm retention periods for received email and technical logs, a deletion process, and the safeguards used by its service providers. No specific retention period or security certification is asserted by this draft.

7. Your choices and questions

You can browse without completing the enquiry form. You can edit a draft or leave without sending it. Only send details you are comfortable including in email.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, or complaints. The relevant rights, deadlines, regulator, and verified contact must be specified in the final notice.

The Contact page offers a privacy-enquiry option using the website’s existing general email address. This address has not yet been confirmed as a designated privacy contact.

8. Future changes

Account registration, payments, connected social accounts, analytics, or other new features would change how information is handled. Review this notice before introducing those features, and publish an effective date when the completed policy is adopted.
